When it is working it is good but lack of staff in the early evening til late make it horrible. Really good to see the green recycling trash reciprocals and the grey general rubbish reciprocals. Both neatly labelled with what goes in and what does not. Not so great when the guy seen on many occasions whose job it is to change the bags just uses his litter picker and picks out all the rubbish and recycled rubbish and puts them all in one bag. This is done on both platforms so what is the point of having lovely signage and different bags/bins. It is just to give the customers the illusion they are doing their bit.nnIt is quite reassuring and satisfying when the only person who is working at the station is sitting in the office playing with their phone. I would love that job. On, no I can't, I am not qualified as a use my phone and get paid expert.nnApart from that an ok station.
It’s an overground station. I wish there were more plants here. I wish there were more staff to deal with people suffering from damaging effects of severe mental health issues .
Clean and tidy overground station.
It was a very exciting experience- well, maybe if you're 3 years old.
