I really enjoy using the overground line.nThis station has steps up as the platform is quite high above ground level.nGood lifts for elderly and disabled access.nPlatform is really clean and tidy but could do with some more seating along the platform, but TFL are doing a great job with our transport system and this station is kept very nicely.
Imperial Wharf Station is served by the London Overground which go towards Stratford and Southern trains which go towards Clapham Junction and Watford Junction Stations. There is disabled access to both platforms with a lift also the spiral staircase to the platforms has a few steps the staircase should be covered up more as you could easily jump from the banister Once reaching the platforms there isn't much cover and is always cold as the the platforms are high up. The station was clean the ticket hall area is small just make sure you go through the right ticket barriers as once you go through that is the only platform you can get too as the design of the ticket hall area is blocked off to get to the other side.
This was a grand station for both arrival and departure, with long platforms for the train services! The design is modern and the lifts or stairs are highly up to date, access to the streets is solid and cleanliness was consistent.
Beautiful area, arranged and clean stops a few minutes from the Clapham Junnstion with the overflow. The Milten Keynes train that goes through is the shortest link between Balham and Shepherds BushnI recommend!n5 stars!
Local amenities are expensive with complicated contactless travel options and poor signage. Nice scenary though and very close to Wandsworth.
