This place is an experience in itself. Stayed here for 5 days everyone right from reception to cleaning staff deliver an implacable service. The breakfast was superb and on request they helped me with my dietary restrictions as well. Their restaurant has fabulous food options and quite moderately priced. Worth every penny spent !!! Splendid experience !!!
Dropped some colleagues off and waited in the bar and a bought a drink and some food. I asked a member of staff if I would be alright to leave my car in the car park for a couple hours while I waited for my colleagues and they said yes. I then received a parking fine, and when I appealed it explaining my situation they refused to accept my appeal. They said there are clear signs outside the hotel but these are not visible at night when we arrived.
Great location for the town centre. Easy walking in high heels for a night out. Breakfast was brilliant, and the rooms were great. Overlooking the main road but soquiet. It's a little too hot for us but ok. Room space clean and big beds. Dove shampoos and body wash brilliant when you forget your own stuff. A good place to lay your head for a night out in Preston, which has great shops and bars and lovely restaurants. The markets are a treat.
A really nice hotel, with good sized rooms and an even better bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was good and the area for taking work meetings was nice, if a little loud with a TV in the back ground. Checking and out was painless and they let me store a bag at the desk, very helpfully. Definitely looking to stay here again.
I stay in a lot of hotels and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the staff were all very nice and the room was decent. Only gave 4 stars because parking here is a pain and the road is a little noisy at times in the night. Breakfast was very good except they ran out of bacon .
