Friendly staff at check in. Nicely appointed clean room, recently renovated with the new walk in shower format being adopted by Holiday Inn. Pool was lovely and warm. Dinner was excellent. Very good quality. I'll happily stay here again when passing.

Great location. Convenient to lancaster and the motorway. Nice bar area. Good selection of activities/toys to keep young children amused while adults could enjoy a drink and natter.

Beware Car Parking Charges. Hotel itself is standard Holiday Inn - clean and functional with a nice new coffee area for meetings. BUT, I was caught out by not registering my car at reception. Ended up with a £100 PENALTY for a 1hr 40 min stay! Not best pleased as you might imagine. I won't be using this venue for meetings in future.

Easy to get to, straight of the M6. Decent size with good facilities. Staff are friendly and I've attended several functions here. All the events have been well catered with good food and snacks. I've not stayed overnight but the rooms seem clean and the hotel is in a good condition.

Great price and great location. Easy to find. Nice breakfast and easy check in and out. Clean room and comfy bed. Neighbours above us stomped all night for some reason and TV didn't work. Really friendly staff.
