The exterior and front of house is impressive however the rooms are small and the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment.

The food was okay although I felt quite expensive what what it was and the portion size was small.

Expensive breakfast also which wasn't included in the room price.

Absolutely amazing attention to detail from the staff at Preston Marriott. Have never stayed at a hotel where all the staff were so attentive to guests with outstanding customer service. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The food was delicious. The room service was slick and efficient and the food served in the room was to the highest standard and hot. The spa staff were attentive with quality good value for money treatments. It was lovely to be made to feel very special for a night. Thank you to all the staff for making our celebration birthday spa treat so fantastic. Special thank yous to Paul at reception, Peter the Engineering Manager and Francesco.

Great day in the pool lovely and warm. It has 2 Jacuzzi's a sauna and steam room. Changing rooms are spacious and showers are excellent.  You can also drain your swimwear in a machine so it was a great experience day.

An Impressive place, good self service Breakfast. Spa, pool & the Grounds were great. Staff were helpful & pleasant. About 4 miles outside of Preston Centre. Taxi was organised by the hotel at a reasonable price. Good price for a quality room & stay.

Can't fault this place from check in to check out all staff very polite and helpful from June to senior a credit to this hotel.
Snacks were tasty breakfast was fine all we wanted was to relax and that's what we did.
First stay in a Marriot but won't be the last slightly more expensive than the village's but much better
