Great stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. A special mention to Josh and Pam on the team – both were friendly, professional and made everything easy from check-in to any requests we had. Their service really stood out. Would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and all staff are very friendly...nBut the rooms get absolutely boiling! And the air con isn't strong enough to cool it. The duvets are so noisy so my son moving due to the heat, kept us awake over ½ the night!
Basic rooms that are comfortable enough. Had asked for room not to be cleaned but was done on two of the three days I was there. Not a major issue but shows a lack of communication/care for customer.nReasonable options for breakfast although quality of food felt much lower than on previous visits.
Our group stayed here for Man Utd trip one weekend in Feb. Firstly, the location is great. The area is nice and includes; the train station, Starbucks, shops, 24hr. Mc Donald's, and a nearby Sport's Bar. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The only disappointment was the rooms, unfortunately. The rooms were too small and we were mis-quoted on the beds, having to bunk up. The bathrooms are also tiny. I've stayed in larger Holiday Inns. Overall, a nice experience, I would stay again but only if offered a larger/ single room.
