Great place to stay, customer service was great also upon arrival but with one major drawback, there is simply no air con in any of the rooms. With the heatwave that is currently going on it was impossible to stay in the room and sleep. This was a major factor as me and the family was also driving the following day back home and with barely any sleep this was not good.

Me and my partner had a really great experience at the gym thanks to Amelia and Sophie B. Amelia was so helpful throughout our visit, and Sophie B introduced herself straight away and made us both feel really comfortable and welcome. We had such a good laugh with the staff, which honestly made our day! Such a friendly and positive atmosphere thank you both!

After a 1st intial view of the hotel and amazing customer service from a member of the reception team.Me and my fiancee booked a meeting for the monday 1st after just getting engaged. Really excited that we have found the perfect venue for our wedding . Unfortunately this isn't the case after.  Poor customer service. Didn't really help us. We was promised a price break down on the packages and more information for the following day etc which we are still waiting for . The lady checked her watch twice. Which left us feeling she couldn't be bothered with us. I felt like we had to apologise for not knowing how weddings work. Its very unfortunate. Because the place is beautiful. But the customer service we received, which was supposed to be a happy time. Left us deflated.

Loved my stay here. Great gym and swimming pool and very friendly service. I was particularly impressed by Rahat on reception who was amazing. Only down side was the amount of junk food on the menu. The healthy food options were very limited and overpriced.

Nice hotel and great service.nWe were initially put on the second floor but after hearing my partner was having an operation the staff especially Danny were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed to be as comfortable as possible and switched our belongings to the ground floor while I was at the hospital, saving my partner a long walk to her room after an operation.nCouldn’t thank them enough.nWould definitely recommend.nThanks again Danny.
