Very noisy stay. We hardly slept. There was a wedding on until after 1am and our room was right next to the function room. Also walls were really thin and we were kept awake most of the night by a very energetic noisy couple next door - sounded like they very much enjoyed the room! Very small double bed and small room. Otherwise clean room and great leisure facilities. Just would of liked some sleep.

Attended the venue for a relatives 70th Birthday party. Was very happy with the staff and venue, excellent service and the catering was top notch. The event room (Rivers Suite) was perfect size for around 100 of us. Staff were helpful and happy to accommodate any demands we had. We also stayed at the hotel, which had a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower.

visited friends in hotel and service was excellent by the on duty person, beer options limited but adequate and looked clean and tidy. friends said hotel was great and breakfast was good.

Location is great, very close to the Motorways, easy to access Trafford centre and Manchester Central. The best room is 310 but you need to ask for it. The worst room is the 217 as it is disabled friendly but means you lack a bath.

Fantastic hotel facilities! The hotel rooms are modern & comfortable. Absolutely spotless which is a must for me. We really enjoyed using the pool, sauna, steam and gym and the staff - especially Natalie - were friendly and happy to help. We will definitely stay here every time we attend a Match at old Trafford! Another plus - the Trafford centre is 15 minute drive - Perfect!
