My stay was exceptional...superb attentive staff and the room was stunning - a home from home...the upgrade was an added bonus.  Highly recommended as a base in Manchester / I needed an airport hotel (it’s so much more than this), my only regret is my stay was fleeting.

Eleven is a really nice boutique hotel well located in Didsbury. Very friendly staff and good service. Good quality rooms and decor. I'd very happily stay there again.

Really great b'n'b style lodge. The staff here are extremely welcoming and the food decent. The room we stayed in was really clean and fresh with a large bathroom and huge shower. Bed was super comfortable, but above all the staff really make this a great place to stay. They are more than happy to offer you advice on shops and restaurants to visit nearby and call for a taxi.
