Great value for money. Room was clean, free parking. Also free WiFi but it did not work very well. Shower impressive but one of the knows was loose. Toilet lid missing in bathroom, but for the price was great and I have stayed in much worse place at more than twice the price. Food and drink from vending machines only. Microwave and fridge in the room. Kettle, tea and coffee. Large TV too.

Corridors smelt of cannabis. Guest allowed to smoke cannabis at their convenience. When reported to reception, to ask for a room change it was of no concern to staff that guest were not only smoking, however skimming cannabis. Also explained to receptionist as a pregnant women staying within a confide space whereby there is cannabis was not the most appropriate environment. No feedback or concern was given to us paying customers who were not smoking cannabis and abide by the policies set by the hotel. Horrible experience.

Pretty sucky hotel I had to cancel to to a personal matter, they didn’t care, zero compassion for the situation and refused to refund my payment. To be clear I was cancelling 3 weeks in advance of arrival date and only 4 days after initial booking. So not like it was last minute. Hotel reception was pretty rude and unhelpful

The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and warm. A good location. Friendly staff. Well worth it.
