Friendly, helpful staff. Good venue for meetings. Plenty free parking. Lots disabled parking bays and accessible toilet in foyer. Close to pub and supermarket, on a bus route and short taxi ride from train station, close to motorway. Quiet location . Rooms as per the usual HIE (not seen if there is an accessible bedroom)

Stay here regularly when visiting family. Very friendly staff, rooms always clean and everything working. Quite a quiet hotel and comfy beds so always good for a decent sleep. Breakfast was good if a little busy, the serving area is a bit cramped. Pretty similar to most Holiday Inn Expresses so you kind of know what to expect, having said that, this is one of the better ones and always affordable. If only Holiday Inn Express hotels were the same as the ones in the USA, they are much better spec hotels over there. Here they all lean toward the budget style.

Excellent place to park and stay for your holiday when flying from Doncaster. It only cost about £46 for 1 nights stay and 2 weeks parking and £10 taxi fare each way to airport. Doncaster airport is now my first choice to fly from. Small, no long queues easily accessible.

The disabled bays were full of commercial vehicles on each day of my stay and, despite being in veiw of reception, nothing was done. The Wifi login didn't work as described. A real disappointment and not value for money. On the plus side, the staff were very polite. Unfortunately there is no provision for my response to your comments other than editing my original post. The bays were used for the 3 (THREE) days of my stay. If you feel that it is appropriate to allocate disabled bays to tradesmen then you obviously have no regard for the disabled. As such, the disabled should go elsewhere as, in future, will I.

Rooms are clean and spacious like all HIE rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I always have everytime I stay is the poor quality Wifi, There is very little phone signal in the rooms (obviously no fault of the hotel) so I am dependent on good wifi and sadly it is very difficult to stream video.
