What a nightmare. The positives were the beds and bedding. Negatives included broken heating, leaky radiator with smelly towel in one bedroom. A kettle that only worked if you kept pressing on the switch . The noisiest location ever virtually all night. Did we get a refund? No. Don't stay on the HIGH STREET PORTH OR USE THEM

great service by diamond customer care especially samantha,thanks for your help,we had a lovely stay at 3,st helens,clean and spacious,no complaints.

Very clean and spacious. Was great location wise as close to the centre and far enough away from the noise of the night life.

Really nice, clean and tidy appartment. Incredibly easy and quick to access. Very reasonable rates. Much better than a hotel. Will definitely use again!
