Clean hotel friendly staff. Breakfast a nightmare. Move coffee machine and toaster out of the way

Nice on the surface. Rude receptionist, I was charged for one day (stayed 3)and this was amended on the day I left, but the lady didn't apologize for the mess up and was very abrupt in asking for payment even though it was their error. Stains on the pillows and sheets, bed base looked like it'd seen a war. A phone call was made to the home number I put down on the first day, the phone number was my home number where my Nan lives, they panicked my Nan by asking when I was collecting my things although I had another two nights to stay, when I asked reception about it all they brushed it off and offered no apology. Breakfast was nice...

Good Hotel, Clean rooms, very good shower... Restaurant good be separate room but lot of alternatives in close range. Overall good to go to, I use this as my starting point when in the area.
