Great location overlooking the racecourse. Lovely rooms with amazing comfy beds. No bath and shower wasn’t very hot at all Slowish service at restaurant, took time to be served at my table. But overall great place to stay. Just maybe need a bit more choice on the menu.

Otyon and Callum have been amazing they really have made our stay comfortable and warm! I definitely recommend the hotel as standards won't disappoint, I will say I couldn't give a perfect score just because of the shower water pressure. I'm used to my shower having the power of a fire engine hose pipe !

I went here for a charity conference and staff event.  The room was a great size and had all that was needed.  It was comfortable and clean. We had a buffet style lunch provided that was absolutely delicious.  Highly recommend for a work conference or similar.

On arrival the hotel is beautiful and inviting,kept lovely. The woman on reception was extremely rude,did not greet us on arrival checking in,nor introduce herself was unhelpful and made us feel quite uncomfortable with how she spoke to us. Would not go back for this reason as it has been the same 2 years running. It was quite stressful getting booked in and paying.Shame as the rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful and the hotel is beautiful
