Great location next to a lot of eateries and shops. Very comfortable bed, very nice room and my first Premier Inn stay with a proper walk in shower cubicle, which was different to the norm of a shower over a bath.nnThe room was located on the top floor, it was very hot inside and I couldn’t cool it down with the temperature panel on the wall, it just seemed to make the room feel warmer so I called reception and the nice lady set it to cool for me from her end and within 10 minutes the room was bliss!nnI’ll return here again. Thank you!

Love this hotel. Great accessibility for wheelchair users. Massive roll in wet room.nOnly issue is the loud pipes when other rooms use the tap, bit not enough to put us off.nAll the staff were great, but Marie on reception recognised us as stopping here before, which was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

We booked 27 rooms for the Suffolk Schools Cross Country team, the championships were being held at nearby Pontefract Race course.nnWe benefitted from the meal deal which was great value and included evening meal and breakfast.nnThe staff in the hotel and the restaurant were incredibly helpful both prior to visit getting all the meals and rooms sorted out but also when we stayed.nnWell done Premier Inn Doncaster Lakeside

We went to watch AFC Wimbledon play Doncaster and stayed at this hotel which is in a great location next to a variety or shops and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and we had an excellent stay. There is even a great walk around the lake next door too.

Everything was ok with my stay, the location, the room, the service. However I wasn’t provided a receipt when I paid for my stay with breakfast included which was different from my original booking. I called them to request this and I was assured they are working on it and it will be emailed to me. I have not got the email to this date sadly. This was over a week ago, and when I tried to call them since they never picked up the phone. My trip was for business and paid by my employer, but without an updated receipt, I will have to accept that the breakfast will come out of my own pocket as I have to submit my claims for the trip and cant afford to wait any longer to get the rest of my money back. I know its ‘only’ £20 but for some of us its a lot of money
