Staff are ahead very nice on front desk. Issue with key cards not working was frustrating but this was a complete one of for me after a number of stays.
Food in restaurant is decent, though I get impression the waiting staff aren't fitting on all cylinders after 8pm. 
Breakfast is a buffet and all the food is good... But the coffee machine is awful - better have instant in the room which days it all.
Rooms are nice and clean with a good shower. Having onsite gym is great; I usually only stay 2 nights and it's perfect for that.

This was a surprise night away for my husbands birthday.  I had never stayed at a Hilton before and i was pleasantly surprised.  The room was lovely and spotless too.  There was good air con and heating that was easy to adjust.  Bar staff were great all 3 made us feel welcome and were so friendly.  The view from the bar out to the bridge was beautiful and the whole atmosphere in the hotel bar was so relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Wouldn't bother with the food breakfast was appalling ordered an omelette that took 30 minutes...arrived raw with mushrooms and cheese..not what my husband asked for. Oh and the evening meal wasn't great either! Shower was tiny an although there were lots of settings only one worked. Only good thing was the comfy bed so if all you want is a good bed and a McDonald's nearby... book :-)

Really nice hotel. Clean and in good repair, with firm mattress and good sized rooms. The on-site restaurant is a little pricier than anticipated, and the portion sizes small, but the quality is very good. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's in a perfect location for Glasgow International Airport, and the SEC. Definitely get value for money.

I had a great welcome! Travelling from abroad, I found out that my adapter for mobile charger would not fit to my laptop! My query led to the Reception Staff finding a charger for my laptop given complementary to me for the 3 days of my stay! I enjoyed the food and so did my pals, all very important people in the UK, and the riverside portico!
