Old house with personality (looks like old small palace). Could be better cleaned. Breakfast is good. You will take 20/25min to reach city centre (castle area).

Very interesting view at the back of the hotel. You can walk immediately to the center of the city. Breakfast not necessary because of the great amount of bakery's.

We had a lovely time staying there, the grounds were beautiful, and the hosts of Highfield House were outstanding and accommodating. We enjoyed the most fantastic breakfasts every morning, we enjoyed the time spent at breakfast with another visiting couple every morning and in the evening we sat and discussed the wonderful things we had seen throughout our daily travels. Highfield House is a place my wife and I are considering visiting again in the future.
