Pros: bed was SUPER comfy!!! Towels were amazing quality and very fluffy! Shower had really good pressure! TV was alright! Good amenities! We loved the little touch of the chocolate mints on the pillows! Staff were lovely. Restaurant is one of the best in livingston!nCons: the room clearly hadn't been deep cleaned in a while I'm afraid. The headboard was dusty, there was a dead spider in the shower, there were giant cobwebs in every corner of the room, there were squashed flies in the blinds, there were some marks in carpet and along skirting boards too i understand that this can be harder to rectify than the rest of the issues with the room. There was also what appeared to be damp in the cupboard. The floor in the bathroom also felt constantly damp even when we weren't using the shower, so not sure if there is a ventilation issue there? Had we not been away from the room for a majority of the time we were in livingston, we would have asked to swap if possible.

Only stayed one night a twin room quite small ,no air conditioner in the room ,window does open a little ,bathroom has a shower. TV is quite small fitted to the wall but has a good picture. Carpet is light brown but has quite a few stains on it ,the beds are quite comfortable. There is a tea/coffee making area in the room ,and also has an iron and ironing board situated  in the only cupboard

Had to spend a night here due to an emergency.for £113,I expected a bit higher standards.We had a shower that went from scalding hot to freezing cold.A tv that beeped constantly unless turned off at the plug,no spoons to make a decent drink and constant noise of what sounded like tables being dragged around.nGood side the bedroom and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy and it's a 11oclock check out.nWouldn't recommend staying here again unless it's was an emergency.

This hotel needs a LOT of attention to update but more importantly clean. The carpets in the room were caked in stains dust and dead flies. The shower was full of mould, same with the windows.  The dust behind the headboard was so thick I could not see the skirting board. The photos on the website are false advertising. The staff themselves were very nice but as stated nothing like what is on the website very poor advertising. Poor service from management- it could be a lovely place but needs a complete overall and deep clean.

I visited the bar at Livingston Lodge and it was a five-star experience. The drinks are very reasonably priced with a great variety, and the staff are brilliant—really friendly and chatty.n​It’s perfect for sports, with six large TVs and private booths with their own screens. The interactive quiz was great fun and very achievable, too! I'll definitely be back.
