I was going into Hospital the next day so to save a long journey we booked into here and the weather turned very bad with heavey snow. So on our arrival at the reception we were greated by a fantastic women who helped to relax myself and my very stressed Hubby. The room was brilliant clean new and with everything we would need for our stay. Price is absolutely worth it and good.
If I could I would give more than 5 stars 
So if you are ever having to attend St John's and have a bit of a travel I would recommend you stat here.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, serving a good breakfast, large car park...and on-site chinese restaurant...which was an added bonus. If you are looking for a well priced, clean hotel...in central Livingston...then this is a very sound choice...no complaints whatsoever

We where put in a small Room, very dirty and a mess.  One of the assistants offered to move us in to another Room,  which we did, better room.  Breakfast was cold.  Will not be going again

Good value simple hotel with a good bed and shower. Theres a Chinese restaurant on premises as well

Used to come here a lot when visiting family in Ladywell just along from the hotel. Found it to be in a great location close to M8 and town center. But must say preferred it when it was D Luxe also known as devincies and was a lot friendlier and cheaper cant believe the prices now as when I was going here it was far from a 5* but had everything you needed was very comfy and clean and was less than half the price of what it is now. Old prices were great for what was provided.
