Good location. Plenty of free parking. Nice staff. But, paid for a deluxe room and website stated there was a bath but only had a shower. The decor was very shabby and scruffy. The room was big and clean. There was enough towels and extra bedding. The TV was big and the extras like robes, slippers and drinks in the mini bar where a nice touch. Overall the price was a little high but it's a popular location this time of year so satisfied is a fair review
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant and a lovely breakfast.
We are very grateful to the staff who welcomed us when we had to leave our home because of Storm Eowyn , because of them we had somewhere warm to stay and even the restaurant staff had come in so we were fed. All the staff were friendly and helpful even repaired our shower immediately this morningnTHANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH it was above and beyond to brave that weather to keep guests comfortable
The thing that makes this hotel so good are the staff who are super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the friendly bartender Asa, who is a star. He is a really nice young guy who takes a genuine interest in the guests.
