The room was clean. No iron though in the room. Comfortable setting. Free WiFi required that you continuously to sign in. Breakfast and dinner was good. However, the food took a while to get to my table. Cold areas in some parts of the hotel. No phone in the room to call the front desk. It's a bit of a maze to get between room and reception. Temperature in room could only go up to 23 degrees Celsius (it's November. I need warmth!). Reception staff a but serious. Staff in restaurant were friendlier.

Clean and comfortable. Pre book a breakfast, kids eat free. Best breakfast I've had in years. I know it's not that kind of hotel but a games room or something to keep the kids quiet would have been nice.

Typical premier inn. Clean and comfortable. Refurbished older one, so sockets in the wrong places is my only minor criticism

I spent 5 nights here on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are lovely, bed was so comfy, I was always left clean towels and my bed was done every day. The food was also amazing at the beefeater. Would definitely visit here again.

Excellent. Easy to find. Good staff. Freindly. Quick. Standard fair but well presented and very tasty.
