Was really unorganised for our works Christmas night out even though it was booked months in advance. Absolutely no vegan option available even though they were made aware on 3 selerate occasions that we had a vegan in our party. Ended up with absolutely no dinner at all while everyone else had a 3 course dinner. Was pretty embarrassing. However I did get a refund after some mortifying negotiations where the hotel blamed outdoor catering and the catering company blamed the hotel. The night didn’t seem to be planned as we had booked a 90s night and the DJ had no idea about this until we complained and then the manager asked him to play 90’s musics. It was a good night due to brilliant company but the actual venue, organisation and lack of vegan options was a big let down.

We were guest at a wedding here location was good food was excellent and staff weed excellent too

Good room if a little noisy at times clean tidy and reasonable

Nice hotel but seems very under staffed. Good location for the local city and for travel as well with a bus stop next to the hotel. Rooms are standard nothing stands out there.
