It was a great experience to visit the Scottish Highlands in a motorhome. The motorhome was perfect, and they are such nice people to deal with. Would definitely using motorhome escapes for our next visit to Scotland!

This was our first adventure in a motorhome and we would not hesitate to recommend Motorhome Escapes. 

Richard saved the day when another hire company let us down 2 days before our booking.

Right from the get-go Richard was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.  I’d read one review that was playing on my mind but after speaking with Richard about this I had no doubt this was a genuine guy and we were not disappointed.  The motorhome itself was brand new (7 miles on the clock) and was a delight to drive and stay in for our 7 night tour of the West Coast of Scotland.

The scenery from Applecross up to Scourie via the Drumbeg loop is nothing short of breathtaking. 

If you are thinking about a relaxed holiday where you can do as you please don't hesitate you will love it.

I will be sure use Motorhome Escapes next time we are looking to do some more touring.

Had a brilliant time in our motorhome on our week long road trip to Skye and the west Coast of Scotland. The service from Richard was excellent from start to finish. The motorhome was virtually brand new and was equipped with everything we needed for a family of four and was warm and comfy. Our 2 children were very excited to find out they could plug their xbox in! We did a mixture of wildcamping and campsites and were provided with route suggestions and a link to a map with wildcamping spots. We will definitely hire from Motorhome Escapes again.

We hired Swift Escape motor home from Richard for our week long 1,000 mile road trip through northern Scotland in August 2017. It was a fantastic trip - would do it again in a heartbeat. The motor home was almost brand new, 3,000 odd mile on the clock, and everything worked. Richards is an open and honest chap - a pleasure to do business with. The Wild Camps map was really useful so we only spent one night in a paid camping ground.

We recently hired a van from Motorhome Escapes for a week and travelled to the Cotswolds.  The van was a 2016 model with all mod cons, fridge, cooker, oven, grill, microwave, television and toilet with shower. When we arrived to collect the van Richard gave us details and operational instruction on all aspects of the van.  He also told us to contact him at any time (day or night) if we needed any help or support - fortunately we didn't need to do this.
There were 4 adults in our party and the van never felt cramped.  My husband and I slept in the bunk above the drivers seat, which was very comfortable.  My sister and her husband had bunks at the back of the van.  The bottom bunk had plenty of headroom,  the top bunk was a bit tight.  We had no problems setting up the van when we went to the campsites because of the instructions provided by Richard. We would certainly recommend Motorhome Escapes and will definitely use them in the future.
