I’ve been here twice now and on both occasions the communication has been awful from staff leading to horrendously longer wait times than they intimated.nnOn the second occasion. I actually booked the vehicle in at 10am for brake pads which I was told would take one hour only to find out their employee Nicola who booked it in actually didn’t book it in and the van has yet to leave its parking spot at 11.30am.Goodness knows how long I will be here for.nnPeople have work to do and this level of service simply isn’t good enough.sort it out Northgate.
Dealt with all Northgate sites in Scotland. The guy called Chris at the Broxburn site is by far the most easy employee to deal with. Great customer service and a general nice guy. Keep it up mate.nnJames H
Staff are cold and rude, communication was awful. Supposed to be an 8 hr warranty repair with a list of known parts that had already been ordered and delivered to site. So no reason really for the job to take any longer.nThey took over a week to do it, told different people different reasons for the delay/lies from a broken ramp, parts haven’t arrived to mechanics off sick.nIf there was a delay, more parts required, mechanics off sick etc. then communication is key.nA phone call to explain why and what they’re doing to resolve it would have made the process so much better. I’m sure they’re stressed and it’s tough running a site like this but we’re all running businesses or working in an industry that vehicles are required and the logistics of getting to and collecting from service centres, needs to be planned into the week, keeping everyone in the dark is incredibly stressful and difficult to manage.
Busy place...managed to fix my van radio in an hour.nBack on the road...free coffee aswell
Ongoing issue with van, vehicles seem to pass MOT with dodgy wipers and bulbs not working, not enough courtesy vehicles
