We stayed in a family room for 2 nights. Room itself was lovely and clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Bathroom was thin and long so wasn't much room, the main room light was very dim and could have done with another bedside table beside the 3rd bed. Beds were very comfy however and the shower was powerful. No disabled access that we were aware of. Staff very friendly.
The location is perfect, everything is close by, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. Cozy, clean environment, the shower is perfect, even more so after a day walking around London. Service is great, attentive, friendly. We loved our stay, we recommend it and we will definitely be back on our next visit to London.
What a great find! Fab place, super clean, beautiful spacious room at brilliant prices. £10 overnight parking too! Friendly, very helpful staff, tea and coffee in room. Will definitely rebook next time we go to Wembley stadium. Thank youRooms: 5/5
What a fantastic pub! Looking for somewhere pleasant for a drink or two and the wetherspoons opposite was diabolical... The Windmill was a wonderful break from weekend London with gorgeous decor and the most welcoming staff Highly recommended and will be staying in the hotel next time we're in town.Service: 5/5
Hooray! The bar has been re-opened. This was one of my favourite locals to go to and then it closed during Covid. I’d kept my fingers crossed it would come back as my choices are Wetherspoons, The Crown or other less salubrious places. This is lovely. The decor is tasteful and simple, prices are keen competition from Wetherspoons across the road. But it has so much more charm and class. The Malbec last night was excellent, service not just with a smile but with complementary nuts. The open fire was a wonderful surprise and a rare treat these days. I really hope those locals in Cricklewood and Mapesbury make sure they come and visit this gem. No more traipsing down to Kilburn or West Hampstead. Why would you when we’ve got a great pub in our own road? See you there!
Stumbled into this place looking for a pint and the host was great friendly and welcoming just starting out and doing a great job will definitely be staying here again when I'm next down Rooms: Comfortable, it's can take a few walks to your room to navigate bit like a maze Safety: Code electronically locked front door
After I booked and read some reviews I was a bit sceptical. When arriving at the Windmill we were pleasantly surprised by the location and friendliness of staff including the cleaning team. The room was on the smaller side, but it was fresh and clean. The team of Windmill was very friendly and helpful. They're working on renovating the entire building pub + guesthouse so can't wait to return in a few months from now to see what they did to the place.
The windmill was a very nice stay the staff were brilliant there are pubs shops and takeaway restaurants on the same street 2 railway stations and a bus service that takes you to were you need plus a bus that runs 24/7Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here with my daughter for one night. We had been to Wembley stadium which was just 4 stops away on the tube, Kilburn, and 10 min walk back to the hotel. The room was clean and let's say 'bijou'. Adequate for a nights stay. Unfortunately the bar was closed for refurbishment but it looked very nice. The manageress was very friendly and helpful, printed our concert tickets off as my ink had run out! I'd stay again, if i get the chance to watch another concert at Wembley. I've given it 4*s as it was clean, staff were friendly and the location.
There are very nice and kind ladies in reception. The guest house is quite stylish. It's a pity the bar is not open yet, even there are several restaurants and takeaways around. Our room was pretty small with a wardrobe, a kettle, a small TV and a tiny toilet with a shower, but enough for a couple of nights. The downside was the noise from the street and heating equipment.
