Lovely food, buzzing atmosphere, the unlimited salad bar is very varied, lots to choose from. Our waitress, Chloe was very friendly and attentive, couldn’t do enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time.Food: 5/5
Food was really good. The only reason I put 4 stars is because our cutlery and salad bowls were dirty and had to ask for a replacement which wasn't a hassle and the waiter did it pretty quickly after we asked. I put a low atmosphere because it was pretty loud, I think it's because there were kids screaming but i get it, families want to bring their kids, just sometimes I wish they didn't scream so much I struggled sometimes talking to the person in front of me. Girls toilets .. the floor is very sticky, idk if it's the type of floor or pee ... I don't want to know also the refill machine I think is set wrong cause it says 4 different flavours on each drinks option what you get is the first drink option you select not what's in the sub menu when it says vanilla, lime, cherry of strawberry. Anyways! Staff were really nice and the food was really good!
Tasty foods, very friendly and helpful staff members. Unfortunately, the salad bar was quite messy. Plenty of parking spaces, don't forget to register your car at the reception.Food: 5/5
Harvester is great, if only for the infamous salad bar! There was a problem with one of our meals to do with the quality of one of the steaks, which was incredibly tough, unlike the others we had of the same cut and the staff were fab. They dealt with the complaint efficiently and we were immediately offered to get it replaced, so couldn't have been handled better. Everything else was great, and our server was lovely. Dietary restrictions: QR code to get to any allergen info which is a great idea, except that the dish the person in our party with allergies wanted to order didn't appear in the detail! The server checked with the kitchen, though, so all good in the end Parking: Make sure to put your reg number into the device at the entry Wheelchair accessibility: Full accessible so you won't have any problems
Visited for an evening meal after work. Really nice welcoming restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seating area was clean. Food was really tasty, well cooked and really filling. Our server Kara was very attentive. Large car park and clean toilets. The only slight issue was a 30 minute wait for the mains after being served from the salad bar, but the food was worth the slight wait. Returned recently with group of friends and had a great experience. Service was excellent.
A good harvester experience. Easy parking, lovely welcome and smiley service. Few minor negatives like no plates for the bread and some areas looking a bit tired but overall the food was cooked superbly and we enjoyed our visit.Food: 4/5
40% off mains email - it would be rude not to ! Arrived at about 7pm - perfect timing. Not too late - but the noisy families with kids were dispersing. Service was superfast - ribs had arrived before we'd eaten our salad! We were hungry - so sorry the picture is not your usual but the remains ! They were delicious- will be coming again. We came back again on the 24th jan - another 40% off email. Both of us had the bird, surf & turf. It was delicious - chef Andy cooked our steaks to perfection - one medium & the other medium rare - I have rarely experienced a chef who can get steak spot on to that degree. We were served again by Julia she served us our previous visit too - absolutely great service - a real asset to Harvester. Wheelchair accessibility: We bumped into family, one of whom is in a wheel chair. There is a specific wheelchair friendly entrance right next to the main entrance.
Arrived here at 6pm, seated quickly but waited over 20 minutes for someone to come back over to take our order. No drinks order was asked, so I had to ask. Food was okay, jacket spud was rock hard and beans was cold. We did get a check back so was able to voice this back to the server. This was knocked off the final payment thankfully. We sat with dirty plates for a further 20 Minutes, and when he did come to collect he took half of the plates, and left the rest. I mentioned we was ready for a desserts order, which he never came back to take. I ordered these at the bar. Puddings came and our main plates was still on the table. Had to ask them to take them away. Food was mediocre, but unfortunately the service was really poor. It felt like no one was really in charge and we was just left. I work in hospitality so I know how important service to guests is. Is this harvester standards? As we had this in London too. Don't want to sound like a Karen leaving a bad review but I feel some times it helps to improve service
Had a lovely 3 course meal on the evening set menu. Portion sizes were huge, very filling, and loved the salad being included. We had a lovely server called Chloe. She was amazing! Really helpful and gave us a warm welcome and goodbye. Would highly recommend!Food: 5/5
We went for a family dinner on a Friday, which was booked the day before. Booking the table itself was very easy - automated via mobile. The Harvester pub has a fairly big car park. The ambiance was great with plenty of outside seating, which sadly couldn't be availed that day due to rain. We were served by the friendly Naomi. The menu has a very good spread and is moderately priced. We thoroughly enjoyed the tapas style 4-item starter. The burgers ordered by me and my son, and the mixed grill ordered by wife were delicious. We also enjoyed the complimentary unlimited salad section. We were too full to try out dessert, despite the options sounding yummy. Overall it was a lovely dining experience.
