I have been a couple of times this summer/autumn and it has been excellent both times. The venue is nice and relaxed. The staff are good fun and knowledgeable. The menu is always a problem because there is so much that looks good!! Some really nice wines too!! I have arranged a Christmas dinner at Sinatra's and i'm really looking forward to it.
I've been here a couple of times when I'm over in Notts, am just going to confirm what the other Google Reviewers have said about the very high levels of both quality of the food and the service, which is exceptional. On a Sunday it is fairly quiet and there are the papers provided on the left hand side of the bar to peruse in a very smart and modern setting. It has not got the bells and whistles of Fat Cats across the road from it but it is a fantastic eatery and good value too. Well worth trying. M
Friendly. Good atmosphere and good quality cocktails that taste as good as the ones I make at home i.e. not just ice and mixers, especially during happy hour. Music can get loud on weekend evenings.
We had the Christmas menue and all looked foreward to it. Always enjoyed food in the past. We was all but 1 very very disapointed with our food, starter cold and poorly presented, main horrible tastless and cold poor quality food, dessert very poor again tastless. this has rearly suprised me and i will not be eating there again. one person had to send every plate back because it was so cold even pudding. the only plus was staff very nice and service good. but came way hungry.
Only been there once but me and my family are definitely going to go back!! Great food, very friendly staff, quick service and was such a good atmosphere, strongly recommend for anybody in the Nottingham area!!
Been a few times with no problems, until one day walked in with our kids to an empty restaurant to be told sorry we are booked up, after leaving i called to be told yes we have tables available. We will never go again !
After living in Notts for 24 years finally went in here and it's shite raw chips stacked on the plate like jenga and what I'm guessing to be a bought in lamb shank and what the hell is that pea and mint mash supposed to resemble? Wetherspoons masquerading as a pretentious eatery
Really disappointed Sinatra was highly recommended especially for the Pre Theatre meal Went along at 17.00 on Saturday and were disappointed with the choice so opted for the Main Menu choice Choosing fish & chips, having asking if the fish was cod yes and a pasta dish with a nice white wine Beautifully presented plates came out but the minute fish was certainly not cod so I asked the waitress again and 'sorry not really sure' Can I see the Manager please Not available but kitchen preparing some more fish Bowl of goujons was presented - not good enough so I asked for the Manager again Didn't come to the table but was aware of the problem I complained to the poor waitress again about the £12.00 charge who apologised again with the offer a dessert And to top all of this - when we were presented with the bill there was an overcharge for additional drinks I apologise for the details in this review BUT if the Manager does not come to the table to deal with a customer complaint . . . . . . .
It is one of my favorite places for food, drinks & relaxing. The warm atmosphere and friendly banter across the bar is most enjoyable and fun
Great service. Friendly staff. Flexible cocktail making. Would recommend the "warm apple pie".
