OAKS is a unique restaurant in central Nottingham serving simple, locally-produced sausages and meats cooked over wood embers.
The logs for our custom-built grill are the natural by-product of sustainable coppicing by the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
We offer locally brewed craft ales on tap, as well as carafes of wine and a pared down cocktail list.
