Let's start with if you fancy some great hearty food this is the place for you 100% great quality and value. Visited today with my wife and daughter and had a great meal. The Christmas pie I had was lovely and the children meal was not the usual poor quality you get from chain restaurants. On entering we was greeted with a warm welcome also fully my fault I knocked over my drink which was replaced free of charge so overall we will be returning and recommend

We visited yesterday and the service was fantastic! Our server was Freya who made the whole experience a real pleasure. My gluten free choice was unavailable so she offered me an alternative deal which I felt really was above and beyond! The food was really tasty. Such a treat to eat a gluten free pie! We will definitely be back when we can!

Excellent pies and rich onion gravy. Very tasty. The raspberry ripple milkshake was also good. Service to take our order was very slow, I believe this was because I could only see two staff members, so this was understandable. Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan pies were also available

One of my favourite restaurants. The menu has a great selection of pies and sides at a fair, competetive price. Customer service is fab - never had a problem here. If they had a loyalty scheme, I'd have a stamp every couple of weeks.

Very fast and friendly service! We booked in advance but I was still very impressed by how quickly our group of 15 got seated and served during lunch time. The pies were incredible too! A real selection of fillings and really tasty for a super reasonable price. This was my first time visiting but certainly won't be my last

Used Pieminister Nottingham on more than one occasion and it has been a pleasure but this evening it felt that something less pleasing happened. We wanted to place an order for delivery but it was unclear whether gluten free was an option on meal deals as my partner has coeliac disease. I called to ask about this and was brusquely told "we don't handle deliveries, you'll have to go through our delivery partners, even though I was seeking clarity on the menu options. When I responded that I would like to place an order for pick up instead, the response was a brisk 'OK' and the member of staff hung up. Because the menu is very good we placed an order online and when it came to pay there were additional fees including delivery fair enough though I'm not aware of other restaurants charging for nearby delivery and a service charge which you cannot opt out of. I paid £26 for you providing the service of cooking the meal, what is surcharge for? Then a screen asking for a tip. One or the other, guys! Hope the pie is tastier than the ordering experience. Unfortunately the experience did not improve. I ordered the Kate and Sidney and the content was incinerated. Not sure it's supposed to crunch like that.

Great selection of pies. We were served by Lee and the service was really good. I was a bit displeased with the portion sizes of the starters. The halloumi fries were like 2/3 pieces and were not value for money. But the 2 for 1 cocktail deal was nice and we got a passion fruit martini and strawberry fields and also a Mojito! We also got ourselves the mud pies and being dessert aficionados, we can confirm it was mind blowing. Overall good experience, a bit dull in the afternoons, but surely must visit. Note: I did see some people complaining about the food not being cooked well enough, but I didn’t experience any such thing.

Good pie, 3 vegan options, good selection of sides. Comes with plenty of gravy which you can add as much of as you want. I like that the sides all come in little side pots as I was concerned about everything running together. Really nice to see vegan mash! And even a vegan milkshake option, as well as a sundae.

One of the good places to go for a lunch in city centre. This is one of the best places where you can find a good number of vegan pie varieties. They have all varieties of pies ranging from vegan to beef. In addition to the tasty pies the food arrangement is also really looks nice. They do dinein as well as takeaway. The ambience is really good to fit different size groups. There is toilets facilities on premises and can be used by customers. Most of the the place is wheelchair accessible .

Great place, great menu especially for vegans as there is a lot of choice. Nice atmosphere. We had the Sunday dinner option and really enjoyed it.
