Relaxed airy atmosphere. You place your order at the till, they give you a plate with an order number on it and the order is brought to you. There is also tap water available too. I like the coffee here and there are many places to sit with power points located everywhere for working on your laptop, it's also pet friendly and a nice spot for people watching. Look forward to returning.

Nice little cafe with good quality coffee, never tried the teas but they have plenty of choice. The music can sometimes be a bit intrusive, but it's usually indie style music and the staff will turn it down if you ask. On the subject of the staff they are always friendly and polite, even when it's busy. They can sometimes take a while to catch up with orders when it gets busy so avoid peak times if you're in a rush. The seating is very casual so alright for a short stay but I wouldn't want to try and work there, has a bit too much of a hipster feel. Overall a nice place, better than most on Deansgate.

I ordered a long black which was very sour and unpleasant. This was disappointing after seeing all the good reviews. However, the place had a great atmosphere and staff were friendly. There's potential for this place to be one of the best coffee houses in Manchester, which is why I've given 2 stars instead of 1, but they need to be able to serve a consistently good coffee first.

This coffee house has potential. The atmosphere and service is great, and you can be productive if you really want to be. Sadly, the coffee itself wasn't great, a lot of the seating is awkward (which is rather annoying considering the coffee house is clearly going for the productive / creative space theme). It also doesn't help if you leave pastries and other tea/coffee-related goods exposed to the air, or you may end up with the driest and hardest pain au raisin known to man.

I stayed there a couple of hours to do some work while I was in Manchester and it was just the perfect atmosphere to do so: relaxed, lots of power points and wi-fi available. Small selection of food but fresh and tasty while reasonably priced, nice coffee and tea selection, super friendly staff. Amazing place!
