It's not the cheapest cafe but you are supporting the library which is free to visit. Take note that their cups are tether big so a 'small' will probably do you.

Fairly standard café that is a bit on the pricey side. You are choosing to eat in a café of a tourist attraction! The adjacent shop is great though with some really nice (and somewhat expensive) items.
