Not particularly well signed posted but just off the high street in Kendal. Really lovely home cooked (on site) food. Good prices. Welcoming couple owned it in 2017 when I visited. Very nice. Would go back again.

A great little cafe just off the main street in Bowness that does fresh, healthy and really tasty snacks and light meals. The staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Stopped here a couple times now over the past few years and both times it was great! Will go back again!

A delicious light lunch here took my mind off the rain. I had the baked eggs and greens which was so vibrant, fresh, and tasty. Everything on the menu looked good. I also had a coffee which was very tasty and well made. This place is a little hard to spot as it's up a side street and looks like it's part of the place next door, but it's well worth persevering to find. The owners are a lovely couple, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Lovely little cafe with great tasty foods. Soups and sandwiches to chilli flatbread and fried egg and greens. Service was friendly and efficient.
