At first I thought this seems like a nice place, then halfway through eating found a thick, black hair in the food. When I complained I was offered a new meal, this was declined as couldn't trust any meal after this experience. When I got the bill there was no discount, until I complained and only a fiver was knocked off. Very poor. Also, check the food hygiene rating. They were given a zero rating. I wish I had checked before coming.

It was the last open restaurant in the area nearly 11 pm during Halloween weekend 2017. We are vegetarians and found really good food for us. The Staff was nice, helpful, full of energy even it was late. We were served great and the food was tasty . We had okra dish and vegetable rice which was perfect. Good place.

Just celebrated our wedding anniversary at Shahib's, fabulous food and amazing service. I would definitely recommend and will be returning again myself soon. Well deserves 5*
