Ordered a watch online from the Watch Shop and collected it from Goldsmiths.  I expected to just pick it up but a very charming and helpful young man called Vishal checked the Watch and made sure i was happy with it,  then he set the time, date etc for me and sent me on my way a very satisfied customer. What a delightful surprise to receive such excellent customer service. Thank you Vishal!
