A warm welcome as I entered. I simply needed a replacement battery for my watch and expected to have to leave it to collect another day, however, the young lady attended to it immediately whilst I chatted to the other lady. The shop has everything you would need from a local jeweller’s.
I went in to find a simple necklace & got great service! Johnny was very knowledgeable and gave me a different options for what I wanted. Loved the price too. My new go to for jewellery now!
My 7 ear old daughter had her ears pierced here. It was a lovely expreience. The lady was great, very professional and good at talking to my daughter, and the environment was much noicer than a tattoo parlour.
I have had the battery replaced in my Fossil watch and now have a free battery replacement for the lifetime of the watch. The battery was replaced while I waited for about 5 minutes. Much simpler and quicker than trying to do it myself!
I required a latch for a silver chain, I explained what I needed and the ideal item was offered. I have fitted the latch and it works perfectly. Many thanks to Hinds staff.
