Really helpfull,very nice people. What more could you ask for ? Thankyou. The Raymond Weil watch I purchased was not upto scratch though.I had one in the nineties,and it was nice,but now they have skimped so much,that it is like wearing a flimsy,very thin,cheap feeling watch that I won at the fair ! The writing on the face saying 'Raymond weil' is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it.Wish I had never bought it.Bad decision,and lost £495 as I sold it on less than a month later. Omega,that's my next watch,not a toy brand.

Equinox are always so professional, friendly, patient and above all the most down to earth people you will ever meet. They are really amazing at what they do and always go above and beyond for their customers. We was served by the lovely Belinda and Paul. They both took their time with us and helped us find our beautiful weddings bands. Thank you for being so patient, funny, kind and making us feel so comfortable. Belinda also helped me find some beautiful jewellery to wear for my wedding day. If you are looking for wedding rings do not hesitate to get your rings from Equinox, it’s such a lovely experience, the shop is beautiful and the rings are top quality. Thank you so much again. Recently I was recommended this jewellers I wanted a lot of work done on my mums ring who had passed. Cannot say how helpful they were they enlarged cleaned and rebuilt it. I was stunned at the work. I also bought a locket and they placed some of my dads ashes in resin in it. A very personal thing. The staff are all amazing going the extra mile cleaning jewellery keeping you updated all the time. Lynn who dealt was me was fabulous I cannot recommend them enough. You will not regret using them. Their prices are also very good.
It was a great experience shopping at Equinox Hoddesdon. Belinda had a detailed answer to every question I asked. I was looking for a Christening gift for my goddaughter. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, Belinda, for your help.
I took some jewellery to this store to be repaired, very sentimental and valuable pieces that I was nervous about handing over. This jewellers were recommended to me and I was comforted by their warmth and reassurance when I met them. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances I was unable to return to collect my jewellery and they were so very patient and understanding, safely storing them until I could return. Any other store may have become impatient and sold them. I remain very grateful for their considerate and patient approach to my situation and am very happy with the careful repairs. Thank you! I recommend you highly!
High quality jewellers with great customer service. Paul there was so attentive and is genuinely a really nice guy. They were able to get a silver ring ready for me within an hour of calling! I recently brought in two Tiffany bracelets for repair. The staff were so friendly and helpful, very reasonable prices and a great service. Highly recommend!
When It comes to customer service,and professionalism when I brought in a special piece of jewellery to be repaired and subsequently repaired again..free of charge I can only say 5 stars all round many thanks.
