I just want to share what a great experience it has been purchasing a watch from your shop. Ernest Jones were offering the Hamilton watch I wanted at 30% off, Goldsmiths were still offering it at full asking price. The staff have been absolutely lovely! It was ordered and received into the shop within a few days, and I now have a timepiece I absolutely love. I should also receive an E-gift card for £175 which is an extra bonus for my purchase. Thanks so much!
I have recently used Ernest Jones and had a great experience, Nats was very helpful and the customer service was great from purchasing, updates and picking up. I would definitely recommend Ernest Jones to others looking for beautiful jewellery and great customer service.
I visited with my wife to purchase a pair of matching rings for a surprise retake of our wedding vows. We had to have them made which was a simple process and well communicated. Both of the ladies I dealt with during the purchase were very helpful and not in slightest way keen to push a sale. Prices are very competitive as I saw the identical rings at almost £200 dearer at another mainstream jewellers. Great experience overall, I would highly recommend this store!
Dev, the manager, is one of the nicest people! I have had trouble with my incredibly precious engagement ring and Dev went above and beyond to help me sort everything out! The service I receive from Ernest Jones Welwyn is nothing but brilliant time after time!
Went to multiple watch retailers but bought from here because of their outstanding customer service. Chloe and Jess looked after me and nothing was too much of an ask. Communication was excellent throughout which made my purchase quick and easy. Would recommend going to see Jess and Chloe if you’re looking for any jewellery or watch.

A touching tale. My old and trusty Tag Heuer was deserving a check over and service. The watch had been on my wrist since 1994 and had travelled around the world twice. I took it into the WGC branch. Imagine my dismay when I was informed that the watch had been lost in transit to LVMH, through no fault of Earnest Jones. The manager was wonderful and negotiated a replacement Tag for me. I picked it up yesterday and am thrilled to bits. I loved my old Tag, particularly the style of the bracelet. The new watch has the same style of bracelet. I am a happy man. I just wanted to thank the magnificent Dev and his friendly staff for their wonderful support and service, and for going that extra mile.
I had the pleasure of dealing with the Manager Dev and a lovely lady Chloe, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose a special item of jewellery, I can’t thank you wonderful people enough! Exceptional customer care and just generally wonderful people, I am and will be a returning customer!
