My partner discussed specifications with them for a bespoke ring. They then sent us images of what it would look like which, after a couple of minor modifications, we agreed on. When we received the ring it was exactly what my partner wanted. She is so pleased and is getting compliments from everyone she shows it to. Excellent customer service, good value, delivered on time what can anyone add to that. I would recommend them to my friends and will no doubt use them again.

I can't recommend Lance James The Jewellers enough. I frequently visit to have new charms added to my bracelet, but have also had jewelley improved when it has stretched over the years and needs reducing in size and where clasps have broken and need replacing. My most special purchase was commissioning a pair of cufflinks for my partner. Jackie and her team designed and made the cufflinks using a bracelet belonging to my late father. They truly are a talented team who offer a personalised service and its always a pleasure to visit them.

We got a bespoke engagement ring made here a couple of years ago. Everyone was really nice and worked with us during the process. Definitely recommend.
