Customer service wise adequate, but This is specialised high end of the diamond/jewrelly business. If you want a evaluation , or to sell your smaller carat or diamond pieces. You will be wasting your time here.personal experience. I recommend else where jeweller wise.

Welcoming and friendly staff. I purchased a georgeous vintage diamond ring. My friend had a bespoke engagement ring made by the jewellery designer. Would highly recommend.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful whilst helping find the perfect gift. Couldn't of asked for a better service and all the jewerelly was fantastic. 5*
