We had a fantastic experience making a custom engagement ring. The process is completely personalised and Mitch is very responsive. We were also always quoted very fair prices - the same you would pay online but without the same time and expertise that we had on hand. Finally making a visit to Loveweds was always good fun thanks to Mitch’s welcoming manner and good humour. We would strongly recommend Loveweds to any of our friends.
We love this place. 9 years ago we had a brilliant experience designing my engagement ring, ditto for our wedding bands a year later and we are still going back to have these cleaned and polished and made to look like new. Mitch is always so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience, Mitch’s service was second to none. He made the process so simple and explained all the different options available. The ring is beautiful and we can’t wait to go back to select our wedding rings!

I'm absolutely thrilled with my mum's engagement ring repair and resizing, also resizing of her wedding ring. Amazing turnaround, less than a week. Both rings look brand new considering they are approximately 71 years old. Thanks Mitch, I will definitely be recommended you to family and friends.
Over the course of 18 months my wife and I have had nothing but a first class experience from using Loveweds. First, Mitch took us through the process of finding and supplying a setting for the diamond with which I proposed. The ring complements the stone perfectly and it was nice that my then fiancée could have a part in the choice. Following this experience it was a given that we would return to Mitch for the purchase of our wedding bands. Again, this was a very satisfying process. We had loads of designs to choose from and couldn’t be happier with the results. The prices were very competitive with the bonus of free cleaning, revaluations, etc thrown in. The rings are great but really it is the service provided by Mitch that elevated our experience. Throughout, Mitch was friendly and patient. He provided all the communication and updates we could ever need and was repeatedly gracious in allowing us to clog up his shop with a buggy and curious children. It was fantastic to find a local business we could trust and I couldn’t recommend Loveweds more highly.
Had the best experience dealing with Mitch. He listened carefully to my needs and was able to exceed expectations. Out of office contact really gave the personal touch and filled me with confidence. The finished product is perfect and I would highly recommend Loveweds. Thanks again Mitch, you’re a diamond
The best Jeweller around...FACT!!! We met Mitch by chance when he fixed my necklace, and now he's our go to birthday and Xmas gift essential!! Mitch has made me the most beautiful diamond earrings, necklace, rings and bracelet. Nothing is too much and his customer service and personality makes Loveweds number 1!! Customer for life! Can't praise Mitch highly enough! He has valued jewellery for me, repaired jewellery for me and has just made a ring purely based on a vague photo and description for my son's 21st birthday, which he is absolutely thrilled with. I have had to have a ring repaired twice, my fault for catching the claws, which is a family heirloom and well over 100 years old. There is no one else that I would trust to do the job for me. I live 25 miles away and I'd never even consider going anywhere else. Even though the shop is always busy, Mitch never rushes us and always takes the time to discuss exactly what we need and we have been delighted with the outcome every time. Jewellery is such a personal thing and it's great to be able to put our trust in Mitch and know we don't need to worry about a thing!
Some great reviews …. I gave a 5 star review back when Mitch reset my engagement ring, cleaned jewelry for me, did numerous valuations. When the going is good, it deserves a good review. When things go wrong, like losing a diamond ring with 8 diamonds in it….his tune changes very quickly. Our battle with the solicitors continues….. Hopefully no other customers will have to endure what my elderly mother is experiencing. Aug 2023 *************** Ongoing ************* How many jewelers do you know that can lose a ring? April 2022, finally says he can’t find the ring….now April 2023 and my elderly mother is still waiting for this to be resolved. I fear she will be deceased before this is ever resolved. Please, Please be careful when you take a piece of jewelry in to be redesigned. We entrust jewelers with our sentimental items. I am so bitterly disappointed that this is still not resolved. The stress it has and continues to cause my mother is very upsetting. ‘Tis the season to be jolly? Not for me….. It’s now December 2022….. Loveweds LOST a deconstructed white gold dress ring with 16 diamonds belonging to my mother. This was in December 2021. A replacement ring was declined and she is still awaiting some form of compensation for the loss of the ring…….. We are still waiting for this dispute to be resolved…. I would give zero stars if I could
