Verify review Excellent customer Service, fab new car By Helen F 21 Nov 2020 Purchased a car from Fahim and within days had a problem with the brakes. I didn't have any confidence after the first incident and as the problem was intermittent was afraid to drive my new car. At first my husband thought it was my driving! so although we reported the incident to Fahim we took the car to our garage who couldn't find the problem it was intermittent a few weeks later it happened again to my husband this time - so much for my bad driving so we took it back to our garage who said it had a serious problem with the brakes. Rang Fahim not expecting much due to being out of the 30 day period and also some other reviews and were pleasantly surprised. Fahim said he would find the problem or we could have a refund. Pleased to say the problem was found and repaired and we've had the car a few months now and it's brilliant. Can't fault the service we've had and recommend Globe car sales. Thank you so much for being so easy to deal with and all your help
Bought my car from Global car sales Bolton. Fahim was just lovely and put my mind at rest, making my purchase easy and trouble free. I came across a little problem early on that was rectified immediately, and with no fuss whatsoever. I would highly recommend his company and would definitely buy a car from him again.

Completely looked after. Very open even about minor details. Very generous in service and care and consideration of us A very rare find. Travelled 2hours to get there. Worth every effort. A friendly, honest, and considerate place of business. I purchased a car here that I began to experience problems with, but as soon as I raised the issue, I found that the dealer was happy to take the vehicle back and have it checked for faults. He was honest and worked to my convenience. When eventually the problem was found to be beyond fixing, Globe Car Sales immediately offered me a full refund. I very much appreciated the treatment given to me, particularly as a young driver and a first time buyer. I was especially impressed by the dealership's handling of my unfortunate case.
I recently purchased my new car from Globe Car Sales and from my experience I can only say positive things. There is no pressure to buy and nothing was to much trouble. I was left in peace to look at the car and make my decision. Any questions I had were answered very adequately. Both Fahim and his employee were a pleasure to delete with and very professional. I would not hesitate in buying a car from here in the future and recommend to others.
****Avoid at all cost.**** Purchased a vehicle with mot. Had to spend over £1000 to put it through a legitimate mot. The garage must have been told there were so many faults with the brakes as all they did was adjust them knowing they were crumbling and not safe. If there was a no star option this would have been selected. The owner responds every time with we haven't purchased from them. Ignores complaints. Thankful for Google reviews. Our receipt is verification we have purchased from you.
Having purchased a car here recently I can only say good things about the dealership and the mechanic. I recently needed to replace the battery, which is not covered in the warranty, but the dealer still said straight away 'just bring it over and we will get it sorted for you'. It is definitely a dealership I would use again and I highly recommend them.
Great experience overall, very polite and professional dealer aiming to please the customers and make them happy. Doesn't push into buying and even allowed 3 viewings of the same car! I recommend hiring a pre-purchase car inspector who will give you a detailed report about the car you want to buy and the state of it's components. Worth the money if you really like the car and are an inexperienced buyer. Update: Car bought by dealer from motorpoint with minimal inspection and resold to myself in Feb2018. Car looked mint without issues. Reason why it looked so good, is that previous owner painted greyed out plastics with ink or other plastic refresher which is now peeling off. Felt carpets and boot lining were also painted to look new. Vacuuming pulled the ink powder out and exposed a dirty felt with white dog hairs embedded, owner was a filthy farmer transporting dogs, whey and who knows what else. Spent 4 hours vacuuming the boot. Same ink on the steering wheel to make it look good, came off on my hands so had to brush it off exposing worn leather steering w. Couldnt test aircon properly as it was cold, wasnt working when hot weather came in 2018. Called warranty and taken it to Halfords. Some radiator was punctured long time ago so was faulty on purchase. 350+ quid repair covered by warranty, luckily. Otherwise the car is ok with some knocks and rattles, but could be due to fact that i baby it and drive 2k miles annually only. Taken to 3 garages, they cant find "serious" faults - wait till it gets worse. I recommend getting a properly experienced mechanic to inspect all corners of the car no matter where you buy it from, dont be cheap and dont rush it like i did, sticking to one car against my friend's advice to leave it...
Bought a car here in January, Fahim and his wife were super helpful and friendly. He made sure my car was valeted, MOT'd and serviced before I picked it up. There was a minor fault with it, I called him and he paid to get it fixed! 100% recommend this place. Friendly and professional! THANK YOU! If there were more stars I'd give you them!
Bought a car in August from Fahim at Globe Car Sales. I've been stiffed by car dealers and mechanics in Bolton so I'm always wary when it comes to buying cars and having them serviced. Fahim was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. There was a problem with the radio and this was rectified with no issues at all. It's a relief to finally find a car dealer I can trust and will certainly be back in the future - though the car I was sold feels solid so I doubt I'll have to come back for a very long time. That said, I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Globe Car Sales to anyone. Fantastic service!
