This dealership has looked after my car since new and I have never had any issues. It is easy to find and they offer a full range of servicing options. The staff are helpful and quick to resolve questions. They are however always incredibly busy... Which I just see as a positive.

Sales person was great, friendly and helpful. Bought a second hand dacia duster. When we went to collect it it was supposed to be valeted as it was full of dog hair. Car was still dirty inside and out. That's my only gripe everything else was perfect.

Terrible service from the used car team. Apparently "cash is no longer king" according to Fes one of the sales staff. Its seems as I wasn't taking out a finance deal I wasn't entitled to any discounts, extras, delivery or customer service. Apparently don't make any money on cash deals, its all about finance these days. A big disappointment and a big waste of my time. Needless to say I'm taking my business to somewhere were cash is king.

Wow. Poor customer service. Staff are only interested in the sale. Advertise car's that are not there. I have bought car's from them, not again
