I recently just brought a Kia Picanto from James Hancock, an absolute phenomenal car salesman. Couldn’t have found anyone better, he shared his car expertise and found me the perfect car that has met all my expectations for an amazing price. Very informative and professional. Definitely knows what he is doing, if you’re ever in BOC looking for a car James Hancock is your guy!

I bought a beautiful car from this car dealer earlier this month and although I had an issue with it within the first week of driving it, James the owner who also happens to be a very nice person helped me sort it out quickly and at no extra cost. Would recommend this place.

Not good. Avoid them.I rang them up 2 hours before and a person called Mark booked us for 2pm. Drove 45miles only to find the car was sold to someone else right in front of us. Wasted the whole day. Instead of the dealer saying sorry the guy who bought the car kept apologising. Really don't recommend them. No customer service skills at all. They don't have a clue what they are doing.when I rang to ask about the car they just kept passing the phone to one another. At least Mark could have informed me that someone else is coming to see the car.So please don't wasted your time.

Great choice of cars at decent prices. We browsed around for half an hour and didn't get mithered once. Decent cafe on site too.

Bought a car on the 03/05 From Chris. He made us feel welcome, not pressured into buying any vehicle- very relaxed experience and no problems or complications. Made sure i was happy with my choice and left with a smile! I would highly recommend BOC, for a first or just a new car!

Be very careful with these dealers some are dealing with write off cars repaired and not explaining the concequences of buying a car like this  you loose a load of money would not recommend this car shop

For a quite small car showroom, this is quite a good place, with a number of dealers, there are a good range of motors in good condition, and a good range of prices, one can examine the vehicles easily, the dealers are helpful, I have already had a vehicle previously from here, and was very satisfied, certainly worth a visit!
