Lovely staff here at Hyundai west riding Bolton Johnathan morris and molly the deputy manager was super friendly and helpful, attentive, knowledgable and supportive when I was ordering my car all the trim options explained and features explored they offered refreshments and allowed us to explore the car in the show room including starting the engine up which was exciting considering it was sooooo quiet powering on was able to explore the full dashboard and features and was explained each along the way the show room was immaculate and mostly friendly the only issues I had after the sale was communication with the dealership on delivery times and asking questions I had but molly and Johnathan fixed all these issues like true customer service driven people as a neurodivergent Audhd buyer molly and Johnathan enhanced my experience in buying my first car they answered me asap and despite a miscommunication on delivery dates it’s all gone smooth as. Other sales people should look at these individuals when supporting customers and the team should be proud of their customer service and people skills
I cannot praise this dealership enough, especially Paul who was an excellent salesman. We'd originally travelled from Scotland to Scarborough to view another i20 which was not as advertised, and at the last minute decided to look at this one on the way back. Paul was extremely accomodating - fitting us in at the last minute despite a busy Saturday. The whole process was smooth - never felt pressured, everything very friendly and conversational, car was in immaculate state when viewing and we were allowed to do a thorough independent test drive of the car. Car was in excellent state and thorough history with all documents and accessories in place, and we were made a fantastic part exchange offer for the old car. They even serviced the car for free in preparation so no worries for a year at least, cannot fault the experience at all! If down this neck of the woods again would definitely use again and highly recommend! Thank yous so much!
I had a brilliant experience at Hyundai Bolton and I can’t recommend Ciaran Cox enough. From start to finish he was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.nMy new car is amazing and a lot of that is down to how well Ciaran looked after me. Just purchased a Hyundai Inster from the Bolton dealership. Possibly the best experience I have ever had, Teisha, the sales person was absolutely brilliant. I travelled up from London to Bolton as they were the only dealership nationwide to have the specification of Inster I was after and it was definitely worth the trip!nnMolly was brilliant over the phone, sending me videos of the car and getting all the paperwork over to me before my arrival. She was also just a pleasure to chat to and immediately trustworthy.nnCiaran was kind enough to come and collect us from the train station and patiently answered any extra questions we had and gave us a thorough explanation of all the fancy features of the car.nnA brilliant team, smooth purchase and a lovely car. Would definitely recommend.
