Initially the service was very good. Very helpful and polite staff. However, collecting the car was a different matter. I took a day off work to collect the car at 5pm. When I arrived after taking public transport for an hour and a half , the car was not ready to take away. They did provide a very nice courtesy car, i have to say. However, no warning during the day that there was a possibility I couldn't take it. I was told it would be ready the next day. Next day arrives, and it's still not ready to collect as something else needing fixing, this was 6 days after I viewed and put a deposit down after having had a car stolen I needed desperately another car for work. On the 3rd day I took another day off work only to be told it would be 5pm again. At this point,  annoyed,  I asked for it to be delivered to my home address, which they did. The lad that sold and delivered the car, Vshan, was very polite but learning the trade. It seems like other areas of the dealership, serving etc.. let him down. Overall, a reasonable experience but more honesty required. I wasn't bothered that the car wasn't ready but I was bothered that I was being strung along. Martin

Had a lovely experience with Perry’s. I visited multiple dealerships in Bolton and Perry’s by far stood out as the best. The salesman who took care of me was Imy, he was exceptionally polite and kind. He helped me pick out a car, arranged a price for my part exchange and guided me through every step for the trade in and purchase. As I’m not a car person it was lovely to have someone ensure I understood everything, he was also the only salesman to contact me after my initial visit to the dealership - which made a very good impression as other dealerships I visited that day did not do the same. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest and was very respectful to any decision I made. Collecting the car was quick and simple I paid through bank transfer, it was a lot easier to arrange everything beforehand as one of the documents I was given explained what I needed to bring for my trade in.  Unfortunately a day after I bought the car, the spare keys battery died. After a quick call to the very helpful lady on reception, I visited the next afternoon and was given a replacement battery. That evening I received a call off Imy himself asking if I had been able to sort the key out, which was a very nice thing to do as some dealerships don’t tend to contact you following a purchase! My new car is absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t be happier. I have recommended Perry’s to multiple people already - and I would just like to point out again that Imy was an absolute star! Thank you very much for everything!

I recently purchased a new car from Perrys SEAT, from the initial walk in, test drive to collection - the whole experience was very professional.  Dan provided a clear, smooth and professional service.  Even a grand unveiling when collecting the car! - which was a great touch.  Thanks again and couldn’t recommend Dan or the dealership more.

If you are looking for a new Seat do not hesitate to give these guys a call.  I had an appointment at 1pm today and they where waiting for me to arrive, the car was available for me to look at and to check all the features,  excellent service from all concerned. I bought a brand new SEAT Ibiza from Perry's today and they have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Extremely informative, a 'no-faff' approach which we loved and they managed to get the car ready to drive away in just a few days. Extremely impressed and so happy I bought my new car from them!
