After text exchange with this guy to see this car. I arrived and was met I was greeted with a very agitated indian man (in his early middle 59s). I told him I was interested in the Clio. I advised him that i will be there prompt today( which i did). I asked if I could take a test drive . He and his father was very hesitant and said they will only allow it on the basis that I took it away. I explained that if vehicle had no fault I will not have any problems taking it .He then went on to stress that he did not want me to go home & bring a brother/ relative or an inspector & he just wanted it sold today. My suspicions increased at this point . I had my reservations when I first arrived and the kind of a person I was greeted with, but thought to give him the benefit of the doubt . His father persuaded him to allow me to drive the vehicle & even offered to tag along. The guy refused & aggressively spoke to his father in his language -test drove the car. The Clutch was on it way out . Autotrader who sponsors the garage has been trying to cover up for them by constantly deleting my post , so beware

FANTASTIC HONEST SERVICE STAYED BEHIND TO MAKE SURE I COULD HAVE EVERY CHANCE TO DRIVE AWAY MY CAR WHICH I DID ABSOLUTELY CHUFFED HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Having spent some time looking at cars on the Ash Marques website and emailing Ash to get more details, I ended up flying over to Manchester from Guernsey and making my way to Bolton to test drive an A5 Sportback, black edition, that they had in stock. The service received from Ash Marques was excellent; Ash is knowledgable, friendly and not pushy, he lets the cars sell themselves. I decided to buy the car I tested and was driving away in my fully valeted purchase within a couple of hours. It was important to me, being from outside the UK, that I could reclaim my VAT post purchase. Ash made this process very easy and painless too. In the end I got a good deal on a great car that I'm very happy with! I would (and will) recommend Ash Marques to anyone, a great customer experience.

Professional company who don't push you into anything. Genuine and very helpful. Purchased my A4 black edition and couldn't be happier. From first enquiry to driving away a few days later, I couldn't be happier. Thanks for all your help and will definitely be back in a few years
