Excellent service and very understanding sales people. They let you have a look around the car with no pressure at all. They answer all of your questions in a very thoughtful way. Perhaps the best car sales garage I have been to date! I have placed a deposit on a nice Toyota today and will buy in 2-3 weeks time. After agreeing and paying the deposit, we noticed that the reverse light was not working. Straight away and without any discussion, they agreed to happily fix before I buy. This is an indication that the quality of service you get is maintained before and importantly AFTER you pay your money. Highly, highly recommended garage. If you are after a Japanese car which I strongly advise you to go for, search no more! Come to this garage to avoid headaches elsewhere. All their cars look very tidy and clean.
We bought a Lexus RX400H from here yesterday and the lads were really friendly, helpful and left us to look all round the car with no pressure to buy. The test drive sold the car to us and when I asked if we could drive along the dual carriageway, there was no problem. We drove it back to Wales with sheer delight. I would highly recommend taking a look if you're thinking of buying as they have a lot of good, clean cars with low mileage and full service history. You wont be disappointed with any of the cars or the level of service from these guys. I would highly recommend them!
A great team of lads. These guys only stock what they know about. All their cars are below average miles and very well presented in immaculate condition. After watching numerous examples come in and sell of their website Very well presented website I understood that the cars they have don't really hang around long. I missed out on a land cruiser so i left my details and only a week later got a phone call. The car is exactly what I wanted, these lads had just got in stock. I was very busy that week and i didn't have the time to view. I didn't like the idea of buying a car unseen but i was assured the car will be exactly as described, so i went ahead and secured the car with a fully refundable deposit. I love the car i now have, it was very well presented and advertised. The lads even delivered the car without charge as I busy and couldn't make the journey. It was exactly as it was described in clean condition. I was even given an extra 3 months warranty 6 months in total I don't think i will be buying again anytime soon but i cant recommend these lads enough. Superb work. Keep it up!
Bought a 2007 Honda Jazz here about 2 years ago. . Very low mileage yet good price. My grand daughter has used it extensively since she had it travelling back and forth to Swindon and Bristol to Swansea and has been a wonderful little car with not a single problem. Quickest car I have ever purchased. Deal done in 15 minutes. Superb.
Amazing lads great service, was a little wary as been disappointed in viewings but this car I bought Toyota Auris stunning car as in picture. The lads have us plenty of time to check out the car test drive and answered all our questions sorted all our requirements, can't ask for a better service and genuinely nice lads, car was best we seen and absolutely love it they even dropped off at our home address, no questions asked. Couple of days later they kept in contact and asked if we where happy and wasn't under any pressure etc I cannot praise them enough really happy and will definitely be coming back in the near future for family members. And the car is a dream to drive price was amazing best deal in this spec so far. Thank you Moses car garage for such a great experience.

First Class People To Deal With Needed to buy a quality car quickly following failure of our car engine. Saw a good range of cars on their website but they are 250 miles away. No Problem. Telephoned in the morning and discussed a Toyota RAV4 with Bernard. He provided me with confidence to buy the car unseen and it was delivered to us that evening. Excellent car as described, excellent people including the delivery guys !!
I recently bought a wonderful low millage Lexus 4WD and really I couldn't have asked or received a better service. The car was exactly as described in spotless condition. They were lovely to deal with and made everything very easy - they even dropped it off to me in Liverpool at no extra cost. I'm delighted with my car and can't recommend them highly enough!
Bought a very clean car for 15 years old, advert did state that there were no scratches and was missing two service stamps although said full service history but he knocked some money off the car and did a full service and MOT before collection, had two part worn tyres on the front where which ones balancing was out by 55g but only a £6.50 repair he re-reimbursed me for anyway. Overall good quality service and no pressure into buying the car although very understaffed for a busy, sunny Sunday afternoon.
At first I was a bit wary, as I am of used car salesmen. But the Toyota Avensis I bought was first class. It was 9 years old but had 10,500 miles on it. It drove like a dream. It had a squeak on the brakes and I brought it to a mechanic who said the brakes were new but it just needed a bit of grease. After that, no problem. In all honesty, if I need to buy another car, these lads are the ones I'm going to. Trust me, you will get your money's worth.
