Excellent sales service . All calls and questions I had was followed up swiftly and made buying a used approved Jaguar feel as important as to what I can imagine a customer buying a brand new Jaguar would experience.

Incredibly pleasant and friendly staff. David served us and told us lots of interesting design facts. Attention to detail from staff as well as the Jaguar company in general is second to none.

Farnell Jaguar Bolton had a fantastic choice of used vehicles even in the specific model and variant that I was interested in. I found EXACTLY the right car for me, at a reasonable price. I managed to get some discount from both Jaguar and Farnell. I was, however, less satisfied at hand-over when we found masking tape around the end of the bumper and when I got home I found even more around the front of the bumper near the grille, indicating that the car had been resprayed and that left me wondering why?! I also wondered why the pre-delivery Valet and the 165-Point inspection did't find this issue (or that the rear window brake-light was full of condensation). Having said that, I have since been back to Farnell's Service Department and they dealt with the Brake Light issue (and a leaking headlamp washer) in a fine manner. The staff at Farnells all seem to be very helpful and eager to make you happy. I would recommend Farnell Bolton to friends and family.

Love the car but Bolton service is useless. Had the car booked in for service for over 2 weeks only to arrive and no booking! This is the second time thus has happened out of 3 bookings. Useless!!
