My wife and I had a great time at Bolton Motor Park when choosing our new Mazda. The staff were very friendly and efficient and got us into the car we really wanted. They went the extra mile to ship in the very model we wanted to test drive from another dealer. We are only in the first week of ownership and we are still getting daily surprises when we discover yet another "toy" that we didn't realise the car had. I would definitely recommend Bolton Mazda - especially Will and Daryl who were great during the whole process.

Lovely staff and great service, quick and easy to book my vehicle in for a service. On arrival at the dealers to book my vehicle in only took a couple of minutes and a courtesy car was provided. I received a phone call later in the day to tell me my vehicle was ready to collect when I was ready. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

Ok so I've just seen bad reviews for this place. I had no such experience. I had e recall last year totally forgot and didn't bother getting sorted. More the fool me. On Monday my car seat snapped and flipped back. Pretty f****g scary when your driving on a motorway. Called Bolton motorpark as nearest service dealership and they booked me in at soonest possible convenience ordering parts at same time. When in day later and they examined seat and explained this wasn't quite the recall, however we'll repair under warranty (don't know much about warranty plans but my car is just over 10 yrs old so I figured not covered by warranty!). At that moment they also said don't worry we've arranged a hire car from Enterprise as long as it takes and they'll be here to pick you up shortly all on Mazda UK. When returning to collect the car 2 days later my motor had also been fully vallet'. Never seen it so clean in years lol. So, if you own a Mazda feel proud. If your thinking of buying one then with customer service and aftercare as I received then why not. The service I received was spot on and the little things make a difference. I have no complaints. Thoroughly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend!

Just purchased a brand new car. Made to feel very welcome, unpressured and supported all the way. Very happy with the attitude and input from all of the many staff that I dealt with. Would recommend
