Lovely little sandwich shop, that sells sandwiches, soup, salad boxes, jacket potatoes sausage rolls and pasty's. Have a great range of fillings and can create your own combination, can also include saladbuns or baguettes available and also includes salad of your choice. Also sells cold drinks and a few cakes. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming always happy to meet your needs if they can. Amazing value for money don't kowhow they keep them so cheap.
The owner has been very rude to my younger staff members multiple times when collecting our lunches. we will not be using you again !
The food here is amazing, but the size of the shop is ridiculous. As I am disabled, I have to leave my mobility scooter outside, and queue up in a confined space where people have to squeeze past you to get out of the shop, which is extremely painful and distressing to me. I do not go anymore due to this..... unless i can find someone to go for me, I have to go elsewhere. Shame, if the shop had more room for the customers, it would be perfect. This shop is cash only.
I used to love this place but in the past few weeks i have had a bad experiences. There has been numerous time when i have been waiting to be served and a customers walk in and get served straight away. The customer service here used to be good but unfortunately it has been slipping away recently. A few weeks ago i got charged just under £10 for a baguette and frittata after spending ages waiting for them to be made and explaining which baguette was mine even though it was in front of. They had wasted so much of my 30 minute dinner break by now i just had to leave in a rush to be able to get back to work on time to eat my food. Today i walked in. 3 customers are in front of me in the queue. 2 walk out pretty much as soon as i get in queue. The other one is dealing with the manager because they got his order wrong for the second day running. I am the only person waiting to be served. I then proceed to order my food, to my surprise i get ignore by both available members of staff who go to the 2 new customers who have just walked through the door. I then had to rush to another place to get my food and rush eating it. I was a regular customer but today was the final straw. I will be taking my money elsewhere to a business which deserves it.
Excellent quality sandwiches made in front of you on a choice of bread. They also offers light bites such as jacket potatoes. They can cater for groups with a pre-order. Thoroughly recommend for lunch breaks or just a quick bite.
I cannot stress enough how good this place is! We had our staff lunch from here, pre-ordered the previous day and they had our pastries kept warm for our collection, the brownies are out of this world, ten out of ten guys!!!! Thankyou
We regularly order buffets from Food for staff meetings. The sandwiches are always fresh, and the cakes and fruit are a great addition. The service is also friendly and helpful.
If I could leave a Zero Star rating I would do. I visited here today to obtain sandwiches, for a person who has a milk allergy, and asked if their foods contained milk products allergens, was told by the person serving that she had no idea. When I said it was a legal requirement that it should be available on request she just shrugged and said it was down to the owner and he wasn't in at the time. If you have food allergies, avoid this place!
Just love there cheese pastries And staff are brilliant keep them coming guys
Great for freshly made sandwiches and sausage rolls plenty of ingredients for the sandwiches and bacon buns happy friendly staff
