Booked a table here for 3 people and requested a certain table, at the time of the booking the young lady was very friendly and helpful and said that the table was guaranteed but upon arrival the table was occupied by other guests so we had to sit somewhere else. Service was friendly but lacking some training as the staff seamed new and a bit lost. The food was not as great as I had hoped for seeing that we had dined here in the past. The steaks were full of nerves and fatty, we expected better steaks seeing that it was a "strong" item on the menu and also to have a steak night (which was the night we went on) only to have poor quality of steaks. When questioned about diner, we told them how we felt and the only reply was "sorry to hear that it was not to your likening". Dont believe we had luck on that night but will take some time to go back and give it another go

My boyfriend and I went in during their happy hour, reducing all food to Amazing prices, which was a pleasant suprise. All staff were great as soon as we walked through door and made us feel very welcome, as well as serving our food and drink in no time at all! Very pleasant evening and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Kendal.

Always a pleasant place to eat good Italian food. Also I am a coeliac but they can accommodate my dietary requirements without any problems - thumbs up for me . Very pleasant staff with very nice surroundings. Highly recommend.

Good quality Italian restaurant with excellent decor and stocked bar. The food is of a high standard and is competitively priced, service was excellent and very efficient going above and beyond to keep our large party satisfied. You can be dropped off outside the door relatively easily although there are a few parking options nearby. Can recommend.
